SHIPPING POLICY
Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging — no logos, no labels, nothing that reveals what's inside. Your privacy is part of our standard, not an option.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Most orders arrive within 15 to 20 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Depending on your location, it can sometimes be a little faster.
Occasionally, customs processing or high-demand periods may add a few extra days. It's rare, but we'd rather you know upfront.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also use the "Track My Order" link on our website at any time.
